All our retainers are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contracts. However, we do ask for a minimum 3-month initial commitment to allow time for us to understand your business and deliver meaningful results.

Simply email or call your dedicated contact whenever you need support. Each month you receive a set number of hours depending on your package, which you can use for any of the services included. We'll track your usage and let you know if you're running low.

No problem! Additional hours are available at a discounted rate for retainer clients. For larger projects, we can also discuss moving to a higher-tier package or a project-based engagement.

Growth and Complete packages include complimentary Breathe HR setup and reduced subscription rates. Essential package clients receive a 20% discount on Breathe HR. Software subscription costs are separate and paid directly to Breathe HR.

Absolutely! Training sessions can be delivered as part of your retainer hours or added as an additional service. Many clients use a portion of their monthly hours for team workshops on topics like management skills, employment law basics, or performance management.

Response times depend on your package: Essential receives responses within 48 hours, Growth within 24 hours, and Complete within the same working day. Urgent employment issues (disciplinary hearings, grievances, etc.) are prioritised regardless of package level.
