Our free 30-minute strategy call is designed to understand your

sell — we'll simply discuss your situation, answer your questions,
and outline potential options. If we both feel we're a good fit, we
can discuss next steps.
What are your pricing structures?
We offer three engagement models: Strategic Advisory (£60/hour) for
ad-hoc guidance across HR, Business Development, and Digital
Services, Project-Based Engagements (from £750) for defined
deliverables, and Monthly Partnerships (from £250/month) for ongoing
support. All packages can be customized to your specific needs.
How quickly can you start working with us?
For most engagements, we can begin within 5-7 business days of our
initial consultation. Project-based work typically starts with a
scoping phase to define objectives and timelines. Urgent HR matters
can often be accelerated on a priority basis.
Do you work with businesses of all sizes?
Yes! We work with SMEs through to larger corporates, typically
ranging from 5 to 500+ employees. Our flexible engagement models
mean we can provide the right level of support whether you're a
